Vedanta Limited plans to raise approximately Rs 3,000 crore through a domestic bond sale next week, targeting institutional investors. The bonds, with three- and five-year maturities, are expected to carry coupons around 8.75% and 9%, respectively. This fundraising aims to refinance upcoming debt and improve liquidity ahead of the company's ongoing demerger into five separate listed entities, expected to complete by the end of the current financial year.
