Punjab National Bank Lowers ATM Withdrawal Limits on Select Debit Cards from April 2026

Punjab National Bank (PNB) will reduce daily ATM cash withdrawal limits for select debit card variants starting April 1, 2026. For cards including RuPay NCMC Platinum and MasterCard Platinum, limits will drop from Rs 1,00,000 to Rs 50,000. Premium cards like RuPay Select and VISA Signature will see limits cut from Rs 1,50,000 to Rs 75,000. Other debit cards will retain existing limits. The bank cites risk control and customer safety as reasons for the changes, with no impact on POS, e-commerce, or contactless transactions.
