Arvind Fashions Ltd. announced it will acquire Flipkart Group's 31.25% stake in Arvind Youth Brands Pvt Ltd. (AYBPL) for ₹135 crore. AYBPL operates the 'Flying Machine' apparel brand, which has seen significant growth on digital platforms due to its partnership with Flipkart. Following the acquisition, expected to close by December 29, 2025, AYBPL will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arvind Fashions. The company stated its relationship with Flipkart will continue, ensuring Flying Machine remains available on Flipkart's platforms and other digital channels.
