Walmart Names David Guggina CEO of Walmart U.S. Ahead of Furner's Global CEO Role

Walmart announced a leadership reshuffle ahead of John Furner's appointment as global CEO on February 1, replacing Doug McMillon. David Guggina, currently Walmart U.S. chief e-commerce officer with nearly eight years at the company, will succeed Furner as CEO of Walmart U.S., the retailer's largest division. Additional changes include Chris Nicholas becoming CEO of Walmart International and Latriece Watkins leading Sam's Club. These moves aim to support Walmart's growth and digital transformation.
