
Six oil tankers that departed Venezuela in 'dark mode' have returned to its waters, with one supertanker seized by U.S. forces and another released. The vessels are part of Venezuela's efforts to resume crude exports under a deal being negotiated with the U.S. Global trading houses have received licenses to negotiate and carry Venezuela's crude, with the first naphtha cargo expected next week.
