The Gurugram project, part of the Golf Course Extension Road micro-market, is expected to generate over Rs 4,500 crore, while the Kolkata development aims for around Rs 1,650 crore. These acquisitions expand Godrej's FY26 development pipeline, adding over Rs 40,000 crore in future sales potential, reflecting the company's strategic focus on geographic diversification and growth in key urban markets.
