Godrej Properties Acquires Land in Gurugram and Kolkata for Residential Projects

Godrej Properties has acquired two significant land parcels for premium residential projects in India. In Gurugram's Sector 63A, it purchased 11.36 acres along Golf Course Extension Road, with an estimated revenue potential exceeding Rs 4,500 crore. Separately, the company won a bid for a 5-acre prime land parcel off EM Bypass in Kolkata, expected to generate around Rs 1,650 crore. Both locations are noted for strong connectivity and growing demand in their respective urban markets, supporting Godrej's expansion strategy.
