
Prime Offices Fund (PRIME), managed by Nuvama and Cushman Wakefield Management (NCW), has acquired a 51% stake in TenSteps, a 1.1 million sq ft Grade A office asset in Pune's Kharadi. The deal, valued at around Rs 1,000 crore, marks PRIME's entry into its third city, expanding its portfolio to 3.8 million sq ft across Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Pune. The acquisition aligns with PRIME's strategy to build a diversified institutional-grade office portfolio in key Indian markets, focusing on locations with strong occupier demand and technology hubs.
