LTM has launched AI 1000, a workforce transformation initiative aimed at developing 1,000 AI-certified engineers, including Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), to support enterprises in adopting and scaling AI technologies. Anchored by a dedicated Center of Excellence, the program uses a four-stage model—Identify, Enable, Deploy, and Govern—to train engineers through curated learning journeys, hackathons, and real-world projects. A governance framework and integrated platform ecosystem ensure continuous capability building and measurable business impact.
