Hexaware Reports 7.6% Revenue Growth in 2025; Q4 Profit Impacted by Labour Code Costs

Hexaware Technologies reported a 7.6% year-on-year revenue increase to USD 1.54 billion for calendar year 2025, with Q4 revenue at USD 389 million, up 4.5% YoY but down 1.5% sequentially. EBITDA margin expanded by 65 basis points YoY to 17.0% in Q4, despite a 60 basis points sequential decline. Net profit fell due to one-time labour code-related expenses of around Rs 103-111 crore, impacting Q4 results. The company added key clients and increased headcount, with leadership emphasizing AI-driven service launches and improved deal wins setting a positive outlook for 2026.
