
The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved two highway projects totaling Rs 20,668 crore. These include the Nashik-Solapur-Akkalkot Corridor in Maharashtra, costing Rs 19,142 crore, and the widening of NH-326 in Odisha for Rs 1,562 crore. The projects aim to enhance connectivity between key cities and align with the PM Gatishakti National Master Plan for integrated transport development.
