
Nykaa's parent company, FSN E-Commerce Ventures, reported a strong Q3 FY26 performance with consolidated net profit rising approximately 142-157% year-on-year to between Rs 63 crore and Rs 68 crore. Revenue grew around 27% to about Rs 2,873 crore, driven mainly by the beauty segment, which accounted for over 90% of sales and saw a 27-29% increase in gross merchandise value. The fashion segment also grew but remained less profitable. The quarter included a Rs 16 crore exceptional expense linked to new labour codes. Nykaa's customer base expanded to over 52 million, and brokerages responded positively, raising target prices and driving the stock to a one-year high.
