Titan Company has appointed Sandhya Venugopal Sharma as its new chairperson and an additional director, effective January 4. Sharma, a 1995-batch IAS officer from the Tamil Nadu cadre, was nominated for the position by TIDCO, a co-promoter of the company. Her prior experience includes roles in administrative and technical capacities, and a central deputation with the Department of Space.
