Amagi Media Labs IPO Subscribed 30x, Shares List at 12% Discount on Debut

Amagi Media Labs, a Bengaluru-based cloud-native SaaS company serving the media and entertainment sector, saw its IPO subscribed over 30 times, raising approximately Rs 1,789 crore. Despite strong investor interest, the shares debuted on January 21, 2026, at a 12% discount to the issue price of Rs 361, listing around Rs 317-318 on BSE and NSE. Grey market premiums indicated a flat to slightly negative listing.
