Housing Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) reported a 51% year-on-year increase in loan sanctions, reaching Rs 1.39 lakh crore in the first nine months of FY26. Loan disbursements also saw a 30% rise to Rs 41,346.70 crore during the same period. For the third quarter of FY26, sanctions were Rs 46,167.32 crore and disbursements were Rs 15,508.25 crore. The company's net profit in Q2 FY26 increased by 3.08%.
