The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved Klassic Wheels Limited's resolution plan for Indian Refrigerator Company Limited, concluding its corporate insolvency resolution process. The plan, which received 100% approval from the Committee of Creditors, involves Klassic Wheels infusing Rs 16.10 crore to settle creditor claims. Insolvency proceedings began in August 2024 after a petition by Silveroak Home Appliances Private Limited.
