Godrej Properties Retains Top Position Among Listed Residential Developers in 2025

Godrej Properties emerged as India's largest listed residential real estate developer for the second consecutive year in 2025, reporting a 19% year-on-year increase in booking value to Rs 34,171 crore and a 28% rise in collections to Rs 18,979 crore. The company sold 16,428 homes across 41 projects nationwide, maintaining quarterly booking values above Rs 7,000 crore. Growth was supported by a diversified portfolio and expanding demand in key metro markets amid a broader real estate market expansion.
