Oberoi Realty Reports Modest Q3 Profit Growth; ITC Hotels Posts Stronger Results

Oberoi Realty reported a modest 0.7% year-on-year net profit increase to ₹623 crore in Q3 FY26, with revenue rising 5.8% to ₹1,493 crore. Brokerages cut target prices citing limited near-term upside. In contrast, ITC Hotels posted a 9.4% year-on-year net profit rise to ₹235.13 crore and a 21.9% revenue increase to ₹1,224.27 crore, exceeding estimates. ITC's growth was supported by strong core hotel performance and early revenue from a Sri Lanka project, prompting positive brokerage outlooks.
