Yeida Allots Residential Plots and Plans Commercial Development Near Noida Airport
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) recently allotted 973 residential plots near the newly opened Noida International Airport in Jewar through a draw of lots, with over 110,000 applications received. Concurrently, Yeida plans to develop an Aerocity around the airport, including hotels, malls, multiplexes, and shopping complexes on both sides of the Yamuna Expressway. These developments aim to boost economic activity, create employment, and provide modern facilities for passengers and investors in designated sectors near the airport.
