Refex Industries Q3 FY26 Profit Rises Amid Revenue Decline and Business Restructuring

Refex Industries reported a 7.7-8.3% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit for Q3 FY26, reaching around ₹54 crore, despite a 16% decline in revenue to approximately ₹576 crore. The company’s sequential profit improved by nearly 29%, driven by its core ash and coal handling business, following the strategic discontinuation of its refrigerant gas and power trading segments. Refex also secured a ₹34.6 crore contract for pond ash transportation to NHAI projects, aligning with its focus on infrastructure and logistics services.
