Industry Urges Caution on Accelerating India's Data Protection Act Implementation

Industry bodies including the Broadband India Forum and India Cellular and Electronics Association have urged India's Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to maintain the original phased timelines for implementing the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
