Indian Railways has launched a new sleeping pod facility at Guntur Railway Station, offering affordable short-stay accommodation for travelers. The facility, part of an initiative to enhance station infrastructure and generate non-fare revenue, features 64 beds, including options for families and women. Pods are equipped with amenities like Wi-Fi and hot water, aiming to provide a comfortable and secure resting place for transit passengers.
