SSI recipients will get their January payment on December 31, reflecting a 2.8% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for 2026, increasing monthly benefits. Some individuals receiving both SSI and Social Security will get three payments in December. Future SSI payments in February and March 2026 are also scheduled to arrive early due to weekend dates.
