
India's securities regulator Sebi has approved initial public offerings for three companies: Eastman Auto and Power, Milestone Gears, and Bonbloc Technologies. Together, they aim to raise over Rs 3,300 crore through a mix of fresh equity and offer-for-sale shares. Eastman Auto and Power plans the largest issue, around Rs 1,800-2,000 crore, focusing on energy-transition technologies. Milestone Gears and Bonbloc Technologies will raise Rs 1,100 crore and Rs 230 crore respectively, with proceeds intended for debt repayment, project investments, and product development.
