3i Infotech's subsidiary, 3i Infotech Software Solutions L.L.C., has secured a one-year IT services contract worth approximately AED 13.08 million (Rs 33.6 crore) from a leading UAE-based technology company. The contract includes deploying and managing technology professionals across cybersecurity, cloud security, network operations, infrastructure support, and related functions, with potential extension on mutual terms. The company clarified this is not a related-party transaction. 3i Infotech recently reported a decline in net profit and revenue for Q4 FY26.
