Mindspace REIT Pre-Leases Hyderabad Building to Chalet Hotels for Luxury Hotel Project

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has pre-leased a 530,000 sq. ft building at its Mindspace Madhapur campus in Hyderabad to Chalet Hotels Ltd for a luxury hotel project valued at Rs 350 crore. The mixed-use development will feature a 330-room hotel and ancillary commercial space, expected to complete by FY28. This will be the third hotel on the campus, which already includes two Westin hotels and the Inorbit Mall. The project aims to enhance the campus's premium positioning and diversify its tenant mix.
