Kerala's Technopark is seeking expressions of interest from private real estate developers to co-develop the QUAD project at Technocity, its Phase IV expansion. The project includes two IT towers and a commercial complex. The current invitation is for the second IT building, offering approximately 800,000 sq ft, and a commercial complex with around 900,000 sq ft. This initiative aims to attract IT/ITeS companies to a high-demand area, leveraging Technopark's established infrastructure and government backing.
