Dachepalli Publishers made its debut on the BSE SME platform at Rs 81.60, a 20% discount to its IPO price of Rs 102. The stock continued to trade lower, reaching Rs 80, a 21.57% discount. The company, an Indian educational publisher with over 600 titles, aims to use IPO proceeds for working capital, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes. The IPO, which opened in December 2025, was subscribed 1.90 times.
