
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) announced that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in e-commerce exports with at least six months of export experience via postal or courier channels and inventory in overseas warehouses are eligible for credit assistance under the Rs 25,060 crore Export Promotion Mission. New MSMEs with a minimum of one year of domestic e-commerce operations also qualify. The scheme offers credit limits based on past export sales and inventory costs, with interest subvention and credit guarantee cover provided to banks to enhance working capital access and support global market participation.
