Flipkart Names Jane Duke as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer Ahead of IPO

Flipkart has appointed Jane Duke as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer to strengthen governance ahead of its planned IPO. Duke brings nearly 30 years of experience in public-sector enforcement and corporate compliance, including roles at Tyson Foods and the US Attorney's Office. Reporting to Walmart International's ethics chief, she will work closely with Flipkart's CEO to reinforce transparency and build a culture of integrity as the company scales and integrates its operations in India.
