
US-based Capital Group's affiliate, SmallCap World Fund Inc, sold a 1.81% stake in medical devices firm Poly Medicure through open market transactions on January 16, offloading 18.37 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1,645 per share for approximately Rs 302 crore. Following the sale, Poly Medicure's shares declined by around 1.3-1.5% on the NSE and BSE. The buyers of these shares were not disclosed. Additionally, notable market activity included Vijay Kedia's Kedia Securities acquiring a 1.95% stake in SPML Infra and Miri Capital Management increasing its holding in Antony Waste Handling Cell.
