DOMS Industries has extended the deadline for its proposed acquisition of a remaining 6.5% stake in Pioneer Stationery. Initially planned for completion by December 31, 2025, the acquisition is now expected to be finalized by March 31, 2026. This follows an earlier partial acquisition of a 6.5% stake in August 2025.
