Delhi Metro Expands Triple-Interchange Stations and Aerocity Hub for Improved Connectivity

Delhi Metro is expanding its interchange hubs to enhance connectivity and reduce travel time. Under Phase IV, Azadpur, New Delhi, and Lajpat Nagar stations will become triple-interchange points, joining Kashmere Gate as key junctions. Additionally, the Aerocity station is set to become a major interchange with the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) and Golden Line, improving access to south Delhi and IGI Airport terminals. These developments aim to streamline passenger transfers across multiple lines and corridors.
