Moneyview Limited, a Bengaluru-based fintech unicorn founded in 2014, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI to raise up to Rs 1,500 crore through an IPO comprising a fresh equity issue and an Offer for Sale by existing shareholders. The credit-led digital financial services platform, serving over 125 million users, has reported strong growth and profitability, with key investors including Accel, Tiger Global, and Ribbit Capital participating in the OFS alongside promoter group shareholders.
