SBI Mutual Fund divested a 2.43 percent stake in gaming company Nazara Technologies for approximately Rs 216 crore through open market transactions on December 29. The fund sold over 90 lakh shares in the price range of Rs 240.03-240.18. Following the sale, SBI MF's holding in Nazara decreased from 5.78 percent to 3.35 percent. Despite the stake sale, Nazara Technologies' shares saw a significant rally, closing up over 6 percent on both BSE and NSE.
