Arnya Real Estate Fund and Supreme Universal Raise Over Rs 1,000 Crore for Mumbai-Pune Projects

Arnya Real Estate Fund Advisors and developer Supreme Universal have completed the first close of their Arnya Real Estate Fund - Equity, raising over Rs 1,000 crore from domestic and offshore investors, including family offices and high-net-worth individuals. The Sebi-registered category II AIF targets Rs 1,250 crore to invest in redevelopment-focused residential projects in Mumbai and Pune. The fund aims to support around eight to ten projects, with investments averaging Rs 125-150 crore, and has a seven-year tenure.
