
Cargill Animal Nutrition Health has inaugurated a Rs 300 crore dairy feed plant in Wazirabad, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, spanning 15 acres with an annual capacity of 400,000 metric tons. This facility, the largest in South Asia and Cargill's second in Punjab, aims to provide high-quality feed under brands Provimi and Purina, supporting dairy farmers by improving milk yields and incomes. Punjab Industries Minister Sanjeev Arora highlighted the state's growing investment appeal and job creation potential, with around 1,000 direct and indirect jobs expected from the plant.
