
Oberoi Realty's shares rose following its agreement with Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) to develop land at Aram Nagar, Versova, Mumbai, expected to yield about 17.18 lakh square feet of saleable area, subject to approvals. The company also secured a prime Mumbai land parcel from the Railway Land Development Authority and signed a redevelopment deal at Nepean Sea Road. Meanwhile, Urban Company shares fell over 5% after large block deals involving a 2.5% stake were reported on NSE.
