NCRTC Launches Loyalty Points Program for Namo Bharat and Meerut Metro Passengers

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has launched a loyalty points program for passengers using Namo Bharat trains and the Meerut Metro. Commuters earn one point per rupee spent via the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) or the Namo Bharat Connect app, with each point worth 10 paise. After accumulating 300 points, passengers can redeem them for up to five free trips valid for seven days. Points remain valid for one year and can be checked or redeemed through ticket machines or the app, promoting digital and paperless travel.
