
Yaap Digital, backed by investors Mukul Agrawal and Sunil Singhania, launched its Rs 80.11 crore IPO on February 25, offering 55.25 lakh fresh shares priced between Rs 138-145 each. The IPO, which closed on February 27, received strong investor response within 30 minutes. Funds raised will support acquisitions, including GoZoop Online, and expansion of AI-driven marketing services. The shares are set to list on the NSE SME platform on March 5, with allotment expected by March 2.
