The Mumbai Port Authority (MbPA) has partnered with NBCC (India) Ltd to develop a Central Government Office (CGO) Complex at Cotton Green. NBCC will manage the project from planning and design to execution and management on a turnkey basis. The complex aims to be a modern, integrated, and sustainable campus housing various government offices, enhancing administrative efficiency and contributing to Mumbai's eastern waterfront regeneration.
