Ascendas Firstspace to Acquire 9 Lakh Sq Ft Warehousing Space in Ahmedabad for Rs 275 Crore

Ascendas Firstspace has agreed to acquire approximately 9 lakh sq ft of Grade-A warehousing and industrial space in Bavla, Ahmedabad, in a forward purchase deal valued at around Rs 275 crore. Developed by Crystal Group, the project will be delivered in phases over 18 months. Bavla is a growing logistics hub in Western India due to its connectivity and proximity to key industrial corridors. The transaction, advised by AARE Consulting, supports Ascendas Firstspace's expansion in Gujarat's logistics sector and enables Crystal Group to optimize its development pipeline.
