Radha Girish Tanti, wife of Suzlon Energy's vice chairman Girish Tanti, purchased a luxury apartment in Worli, Mumbai, for Rs 123.5 crore. The 7,139 sq ft residence in the Artesia tower includes six car parking spaces and was acquired from K Raheja Corp's Ravi and Sumati Raheja. The transaction, registered with a stamp duty of around Rs 6.17 crore, reflects sustained demand in Mumbai's ultra-luxury housing market, supported by Worli's central location and improved connectivity.
