Antara Senior Living Receives Partial Occupancy Certificate for Noida Project Phase I
Contend Builders, a joint venture of Antara Senior Living (a Max India subsidiary), received a partial occupancy certificate for its senior living community in Sector 150, Noida, covering three towers and 340 units in Phase I. This allows possession for 340 senior families and unlocks about ₹150 crore in receivables contingent on possession. Phase I spans approximately 7.45 lakh sq. ft. with expected revenue of ₹550 crore, while Phase II covers 4.55 lakh sq. ft. with projected revenue of ₹800 crore. The company plans to pursue revalidation of Phase II approvals.
