Four IPOs Worth Rs 2,081 Crore to Open Next Week Including Shadowfax Technologies

Next week, four companies are set to launch initial public offerings (IPOs) worth approximately Rs 2,081 crore, including one mainboard and three SME segment listings. Shadowfax Technologies, a logistics solutions provider, will open its Rs 1,907-crore IPO on January 20. The SME IPOs include Digilogic Systems, KRM Ayurveda, and Shayona Engineering, with offerings ranging from Rs 77.5 crore to Rs 81 crore. Additionally, seven companies are scheduled for market listings during the same period.
