The Delhi High Court has issued an interim injunction restraining Alaska Aviation Academy and 17 other entities from infringing Akasa Air's trademarks. Akasa Air's operator, SNV Aviation, filed a suit alleging these entities colluded in job scams, impersonating the airline to solicit process fees from job seekers under false pretenses of employment. The court found a prima facie case of misrepresentation and deception, stating that restraining the defendants is necessary to prevent irreparable injury to the airline.
