India's Competition Commission (CCI) has issued a final warning to Apple in an ongoing antitrust case concerning alleged abuse of dominance in the app store market. Apple has delayed responses and sought multiple extensions over more than a year, including a request to pause the case pending a penalty dispute, which the CCI rejected. Apple denies the allegations and has challenged the penalty framework in the Delhi High Court, fearing fines up to 38 billion. The CCI plans to proceed unilaterally if Apple does not respond promptly.
