
Capillary Technologies India has agreed to acquire SessionM, Mastercard's loyalty and rewards business, in a $20 million all-cash deal. This acquisition, Capillary's fifth focused on loyalty growth, adds about $40 million to its annual recurring revenue, bringing it closer to crossing the ₹1,000 crore revenue mark. Around 140 SessionM employees will transition to Capillary, which will expand its presence in the US and other developed markets, serving major enterprise clients including Fortune 500 companies across sectors like quick service restaurants, airlines, and retail.
