Gaurs Group to Invest Rs 250 Crore in Precast Manufacturing Facility in Noida

Gaurs Group plans to invest Rs 250 crore to establish a precast and modular construction facility in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, following a memorandum of understanding with Elematic India, part of the Finnish Elematic Group. The initial phase involves Rs 100 crore investment to set up a plant expected to be operational within six months, producing precast concrete components like slabs, columns, beams, and walls. The group has also placed a Rs 150 crore advance order for modular bathrooms and kitchen pods to enhance construction efficiency and reduce project timelines by nearly 30%.
