The Delhi High Court has concluded hearings and reserved its order in the inheritance case concerning the approximately 30,000 crore estate of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur. The proceedings involved written submissions from all parties, including Sunjay Kapur's children from his marriage to Karisma Kapoor, Samaira and Kiaan, and his mother, Rani Kapur, who have contested a will presented by his widow, Priya Sachdev Kapur. The children allege the will is forged, while Rani Kapur questions its legality and her exclusion. The court has closed further filings before pronouncing its decision on an interim injunction plea.
