
Tata Capital reported a 17-39% year-on-year rise in Q3 FY26 profit after tax, ranging from Rs 1,257 crore consolidated to Rs 1,285 crore excluding exceptional items, driven by 26% growth in assets under management (AUM) to Rs 2.34 trillion. Total revenue increased by around 12-33%, with net interest income up 26%. Credit quality remained stable, with gross non-performing assets at 1.6%. The company emphasized growth and customer affordability, passing on lower borrowing costs and targeting sub-1% credit costs and 23-25% annual AUM growth through FY28, supported by digital and GenAI initiatives.
